In Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Kansas, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Texas there is a non-profit agency that offers low interest loans and technical assistance to both child care centers and family child care providers. It's called First Children's Finance: www.firstchildrensfinance.org.
