  • DCM Paid Me $2400 All In $20 Bills!

I don't mind but it seriously looked like a stack of money you would see on Breaking Bad.

I asked my ds to go to the bank for me and handed him the envelope with the stack of money in it and he said "What - did they pay you in ones?" LOL

I would have wanted to go to the bank myself just so I could hand it to the teller and say "it was a busy night for private dances at the club".

          Man I miss Breaking Bad!

He should have worn a Los Pollos Hermanos or a Call Saul t-shirt!

Years ago I worked at a law firm and we had a client who came in and paid his retainer in cash. It was $25,000 mostly in small bills. We joked for months about "working for the mob." ::

Just curious.... how much care does 2400 get them? That would be over 6 months of care here.

I was wondering as well. That'd be about 4.5 months worth here.

There could be more than one child for that amount.

It would cover FOUR children for me. For a month.

I have a dcm who paid me in advance for care at tax return time, for the year. I left it in savings and took out her amount each week.

I worked at a bank once and a man needed to make a transfer from our bank to the bank across the street, instantly. In other words, he needed $10,000 in cash. Most banks are not allowed to have too many large bills so they are pretty precious. However, we have a ton of 20's. I told him we could do that. He laughed, then he did!

FYI: if he needed large and we had it, we would have given it to him.
