So great!! Thanks for posting it!

Gotta say...I know it's hard now but I truly believe and have seen that kids with ADD/ADHD are difficult as children BUT very often turn out to be successful and effective adults. The host for Extreme Home Makeover has ADD and I read that his mom had a tough time raising him but look how successful he is! It's hard but worth it, I've got a challenging son of my own. Now that he's turning 13 he's really turned a corner and has become wonderful. All your hard work will pay off momma!!

Isn't it great when you can glimpse it like you did in the video?

I want to go to a kid's talent show! I love watching people dance and sing at talent shows. He dances really well and it reminds me of watching the video of the song on tv. Maybe you could enroll him in a summer camp for dancing and/or hiphop or something.

Looks like he's found his niche! Well done!

If you're still seeing break throughs even with medication, don't rule out food reactions and keep a food diary. I found that my son's symptoms were worse when he ate peanut products.

Once they mature and reach High School level things get much better so hang in there Mama!

He started meds 2 weeks ago and I have a journal that I track everything he does in. Food, sleep, mood - all of it.

He is currently enrolled at a dance studio where he takes hip-hop and breakdancing. This is his 2nd year doing hip hop and his first year doing break dancing.

He absolutely LOVES it. I think it does wonders for his self esteem.

Your are lucky he's a cute boy and a great dancer too. Don't you worry about your child. As long as you're there to guide him, he will be fine. Because there is no better cure than a mother's love. More power to you dancingqueen you rock.
