Hi everyone. I'm new to the forums here! I'm looking to interact with other Early Learning Professionals. I've worked in a child care center since 2007 and was a director from 2010-2015. I just recently opened a home daycare and love it! I've wanted to be a teacher since I was 4 years old. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Education. I look forward to "meeting" and sharing ideas with other people.

I'm new around here too, I'm in MD I worked in a center from 2006-2011 and earned my daycare license in 2015. I just took on my first kid 2 months ago.

I'm feeling VERY overwhelmed with all I need to do- I am looking for someplace offering the 3 trainings I need- they're all full!!

Also realizing there are additional programs I can and probably should apply for. In MD there is being licensed and then there is being accredited, enrolled in a rating system and more!
