Anyone Have Experience Receiving a CDA Certificate?

Hi there, I am new to this forum and in the works of partnering for a dc facility that can hold up to 60 children, and I am in WA state which if I'm understanding correctly requires 45 ecu college credits or a cda to be the director or program supervisor, does anyone have any experience with the cda I'm wondering how hard this would be to get. Thanks
