First Termination
Hi! Just joined today!
I came across daycare forum while looking for guidance for a termination letter. I've read some of these posts and wish I would have came across here before. Its so nice to be able to read and relate to other providers comments.
As I prepared my first termination letter over nap time it made be sad to know that I will probably never see this child again. Its not her fault her parents are so difficult. I've taught her so much and cared for her during some really difficult times in her life. How do you not feel so guilty that your letting the child down when you have to do what is best for your family and business?
