Considering a Major Change

Hello everyone! I am a public school teacher in OH and am considering opening a private preschool. I am looking to provide a preschool only experience - not a child care center. Is there anyone who has done this that has any advice for me? Of particular concern is start up funds; bank or investors? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
