Welcome to the forums! I'm new here as well, and I'm not even licensed yet, but I wanted to chime in. Do you own or lease your building? If you lease, can you possibly re-negotiate your terms? What did your numbers look like before you had the facility built? In other words, did you do any projections based on rent/mortgage, kid capacity and salaries prior to opening? What did those scenarios look like?
