I am in the process of starting a in home pre-k/daycare. I have a question about livestock and footage away from in home daycare. My neighbor has cows. I am on city water and sewage. The cows move around in different pasture areas. One of the areas they graze are within 400ft. of my home. Does this apply to me since the cows are safetly fenced in. I don't know if there are any gray areas in the regulations I read on this site. It has to do with preparing/serving food. I prepare and serve food for myself, so I would think it would be a problem for me too if the regulations are so strict. Can someone help????????
