I Heard there are Companies that will help you Start a Daycare or Invest/Buy

I heard there are companies that will help you start a daycare or invest/buy an existing one. Has anyone ever heard of them? I tried to Google a company that does that but no luck.

I look at franchising a daycare. However franchises want to much capital. Also franchises would not let me be owner and director.
