Organizing Activities

I am trying to get as organized as I can before the school year begins. I have decided to make seperate 3 ring binders for different categories but I'm kind of stuck on the categories I should have. Does anybody else do this? I want to be able to go to the shelf and grab my 3 ring binder for "circle time" and it will have everything in it for "circle time". I also thought about "games/activities" so when we are ready for an activity such as "bean bag toss" I can grab my activity binder and pull out an idea. I'm looking for other categories for my 3 ring binders that will make things easier.
