Daily Chores

My mom and I are hiring a PT helper, and we want to make a check list of chores and things that need done throughout the day, from before opening to after closing. We thought about laminating it and putting it on the fridge, so when someone does that chore they can initial beside it.

Does anyone else do something like this? What things do you do every day? I want to make sure I don't leave anything off of the list. Thanks!
