This may have been asked in the past but I can’t find info anywhere, I’m in California my husband has lots of arrests on his record from his early 20s do we need to list all “arrests” even if he never had to go to court etc. Or only list convictions(those charges resulting in jail time, probation, court dates, etc) We requested a live scan and received the results. Only 2 of the charges say convicted(duis) the others list the type of arrest(misdemeanor/infraction) but state charges dropped or just don’t list a conviction.
