What's your schedule like?

I am in the process of opening a preschool/daycare for ages 2 to 5. I am trying to decide on a schedule and am wondering if anyone here would be so kind as to share their schedule, so I can get a better idea of how to schedule everything. Thanks!

Here's our schedule


7 - 9 Free play and breakfast
9 circle time
930 project
10 snack
1030 - 1130 outside or structred activities
1130 small groups
12 lunch
1230 story time and naps
230 snack
3 afternoon circle
330 structured play or outdoor play
430 music and movement
500 story time, free play and home
