    Telling a child that they cannot use the restroom when they ask, is a violation of that child's rights.

    It's not okay to put a diaper on a child and refuse to let them use the toilet when they indicate that they need to go.

    If your licensing requires sight at sound at all times including meals, pick up their plates to take one potty.

      licensing doesn't allow children in kitchen?

      What state prohibits children in the kitchen? Rationale? My kitchen is in the middle of the house, so we are in the kitchen frequently. We eat in the kitchen, do messy art, playdough etc. in the kitchen.

        I'm betting her kitchen just isn't licensed. Mine is in the licensed part of my home...but at my old house it was not. It was gated off and an off-limits area.
