Moving/Relocation Homedaycare

Have anyone here (Illinois) has relocated a home daycare. I’m moving and I’m freaking out because I have not heard from my rep yet and I’m anxious to know what I need to do. Will I be able to continue working while my new house get re-licensed? Help please
