I am almost licensed for a small family child care home (up to 8) in California. And was wondering if 2 people could hold a license and operate under the same roof? For instance, if my husband also held a small license could we both operate in our home together?

No.
One license per address.
And you don’t want him listed as a co-owner on your license either, because then you are BOTH required to be there 80% of the time. -
Can't you get relicensed with a large license and have him as an assistant?Comment
