Lack Of Focus/Easily Distracted

I would expect 2-3 yo to be like that but besides my infant and toddler, the rest of my group is 3 1/2-4 1/2.
They pull toys out, run off to get something else out, chase somebody, go back to the previous toys, then haul out more toys. It's a physical bunch who like to tease, take toys away, screech for no reason, mostly don't share. Maybe I'm just burned from yesterday but give me my babies any day.

Lack of structure? How long have they been with you. I had to completely rearrange my room because circle time was a disaster. The toys were right behind us and even the 4.5yo couldn't sit for 3 seconds (and it's short, DA, fun, lots of songs, fingerplays and movement) WTH!

It's better now. I put less out, and I got strict about centers, too.
