Forms For Drop Ins

I will have a temporary family starting next week. They will be here a few hours a day a couple of days a week for a month. What forms do you require? I will do emergency treatment, transportation (although I will not transport unless it is an emergency), approved pick up,, but I'm wondering about water permission, photo permission, lotions/sunscreen forms. This is a former client, (from long ago) and a friend, so I don't want to get too fussy, but I want to protect myself.

I have them sign all the regular paperwork, just add a line in in regards to care being temporary and there for there will be no adjustmeet period free of two weeks notice but that at least two weeks noticus be given if they wish to end care before already set date.
