CDA Training - 480 Hrs?

Trying to obtain CDA, I do have thousands of hours in child care centers, but it was over 3 yrs ago, I do have 480 hrs working with toddlers in a dance studio setting, I work with them myself with no parents present, this should count right? It is working with children in the age group Im applying for?
