Oregon child care rules state we can't rinse or swish, or wash cloth diapers during care hours for sanitary reasons. So in the bag it goes unless it will plop.

I'm not starting daycare yet, but already have that covered in my handbook. The parents choose if they want me to toss, or put in a zippered plastic bag for them to collect. If it's diarrhea, I would just throw it. Not worth cleaning.
