have a question about weekend ratio im in the lasvegas nevada and im allowed to watch 4 kids without being liscenced.is it the same ratio on the weekend .i was thinking it was outside of daycare hours.on weekends some kids from the past may want to come vist,sometimes family's children usally no money involved and its the weekend so does it matter if its more than 4 not trying to break the law but some say it matters ,some say it doesn't matter. So please if anyone can help thanks.

I do not know for certain but it is my understanding that any time you are caring for kids for pay or on a regular basis you are considered a provider and subject to your state ratios/laws.Originally posted by Unregistered View Post
If past dck's want to come visit Id just make sure you are always within your ratios and that way you'll never be breaking the law.
If they visit WITH their parent then they are not under your supervision and probably do not count.
However, Id contact someone in your state's DHS dept and ask just to be sure.
