I have a kid that I referred for eval with the school distrcict and the parents are asking if there is a question list that I can offer so ask all the right questions.
I don't know that there are any specific questions. I ran a lot of those IEP transition meeting and the parents should prepare a list of questions based on what they want to know. They should walk out of that meeting feeling like they know what the plan is for their child.
That said, I find this website to be a good resource for parents.
