Advice For Opening A New Center

Happy New Year everyone!

I've decided to expand my home daycare business and open up as a center based daycare.

I'm sure I will be bugging you all in the coming months with lots of very specific questions but for now I'm seeking some general advice from those who have been there done that.

Any common pitfalls to look out for? Things you would have done differently or words of wisdom?

I'm in Illinois and it will be a small center (25-30 kids). Any advice would be gratefully received
