I Know Kids Can Backslide

I've had a 3 1/2 yo dcg since mid-August. She came completely potty-trained. But for the past 2 weeks, she's been having accidents. She attends pre-k 3x a week. When she comes in from pre-k, instead of using the bathroom, she'll pee her pants. So now, I make her use the bathroom before doing anything else. But then during naptime(she's been wearing a pull-up), sometimes she sleeps, sometimes not, and even if she's awake, she'll use her pull-ups instead of using the bathroom.
Just wondering what might be up? Just 'something that'll pass' or is it a problem? I truly don't think anything's going on at home.
