How Does Care.Com Really Work?

Hello...i am not very familiar with care.com. does anyone use it? I have applied for several jobs with no response. I don't know if people are just not interested or if i'm not doing something correctly. I read there is an upgrade you can pay...is this worth it? Thanks for any responses!

I tried to use it before, & have a free profile, but it wouldn't let me apply for jobs unless I paid $. Maybe I'm doing something wrong...

Same here. It also said my profile was denied. I resubmitted without any changes & they approved it. I have yet to get anything from it though. Maybe nobody can see for all I know.
