You purchase your "domain name" through anyone who hosts them.

I purchased mine through Godaddy. They are reasonably priced and have good customer service.

Once you purchase your own domain name, you link it to your website. I am sure Webs.com will have easy to follow instructions. (I used Wix.com and they had super easy instructions).

The purchasing of the domain name is easy too. Just go to GoDaddy (http://www.godaddy.com/) check to see if the domain name you want is available and purchase it like you would any other on-line purchase.

Sometimes you have to play around with domain names if you are using something common.

For example say your daycare is Bev's Child Care. Bev's Child Care may not be available but Bev's Day Care is or maybe Bev's Child-Care. Adding dashes or playing on words is the easiest way to get a domain name you like or that makes sense.

I haven't registered mine yet, but I have one I registered last year that I maintain for the local public school. I used go daddy to register and then I used my all time favorite weebly to make the website.
