Thermometers and Fevers- Here I go again

yes....they have to still be fever free for 24 hours without the aide of medicaiton

I also require that they are on the antibiotics for a full 24 hours before they can return ..
there are so many what ifs..

what if they have an allergic reaction to the meds
what if they are still in pain
and so on.....................

I just called the Mom and told her that I have to exclude kids from daycare based on symptoms and explained why. She ended up being super nice about it and understanding.

we all do it.... I have been doing this for 10 years and still do...

it's the fear of not knowing how they will react....YOu will get better at doing it the more you have to do it and you will have to do it more........
