Has anyone bought/ read these at all? I received my red leaf magazine in the mail the other day and was curious about these books and was wondering if they would be worth it.

I'm really curious on the Hard to Handle book so I might purchase it and see if it has any good tips. I don't have many hard to handle parents per say but sometimes situations come up.
Wish they made a "how not to feel like an insane crazy daycare provider who needs a drink from the "grow up" cabinet at the end of the week".
