Chair Height

I found a great deal online for stacking chairs, but they are 13". Does anyone have chairs that high?

I'm worried they may be a hassle, but the price is less than half what they would cost to buy them retail.

Honestly though, I have several chairs that are 11-13 inches high (at the seat) and all my kids are between the ages of 2-6 years old that use the chairs. I have smaller ones for the under 2's but the other kids do just fine with what I have.

I think the child's feet should touch the floor (not dangling) when they are seated with their backs against the back of the chair. My 1 and 2 year olds do 10" and the older ones 12".
