Welcome Letters?

I have writers block today, would you mind sharing your welcome letters? To help inspire me? I have recently moved and restarting my daycare with fresh clients.

I don't send them always but do if I feel there is a need to. This is one I recently sent. It is the basic framework of what I send but do alter the contents to meet the individual needs of each family and try to touch base on the things I feel they view as important.
