like my wood cook stove, lovely unfinished rustic floor (it's quite lovely really) and dream pantry. BUT the one thing I refuse to do is not have a comfy seating area in my livingroom, which happens to be the play area.
We're replacing the couch and chairs, but I'm not sure with what.
I've got a 16' X 24' room. The seating is arranged now to be conducive to visiting rather than the tv, and almost divides the room.
We already will have a 18" high and 6 ft long bench seat to protect the radiator under the window (actually works out great for them to look out the (plexiglass protected) window. Perfect for my little preschoolers.
I considered having my hubs make those camper bench seats with the under the seat storage and buy cushions and/or covers.
I want my house still be home on the off hours, you know?
Ideas? (Anyone that wants to volunteer pics of their LR set up would be awesome!
