Food Service Providers?

I am planning to open a new center soon and want to offer meals but not have to go through the hassle of dealing with food prep, health department inspections, etc. Do any of you use a food service company that you can recommend? I am in NJ. TIA!

check with your local school districts. One of the districts local to me makes everything themselves, the other orders from Sysco.
