Had some leftover pasta, so sought out a recipe for tuna casserole. Like I remembered, most of the comments were "bland" "dull", etc. so I found this pepped up one and then added my own twist and the kids loved it!
Preheat at 425
Six cups cooked pasta
2 cups cubed cheese
1 can and 1 package tuna (about 8 oz.)
1/2 medium onion, chopped,
1 can peas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
all-seasoned seasoning (I mix my own) - about 1/2 t.
Mix milk and soup together in bowl. Mix other ingredients together in different bowl. Pour soup mixture over and mix in. (it needs to be moist but not sloppy. May need a little more milk) Add seasoning and mix in.
Put into greased casserole. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake until bubbly all through (time varies with depth of casserole, but somewhere around 30 - 45 min)
I served this with applesauce and a pickle spear.
