    In compliance with our states minimum standards the department of human resources childcare licensing division required that one of the documents that you were required to have on file was our social security card (before everything changed).

    Didn't matter what position you held or if you were a volunteer you had to have your social security card on file I complained about that for the longest and still am because there's got to be a reason behind it and I personally don't believe a state agency especially if one that has a departmrnt that deals with childcare providers needs to have access to your social security card! It's bad enough everybody else needs it and then tries to steal it that doesn't need it so why would we need to give someone our social security card that's kind of like handing over your banking information to them!
