How do you pick days for Field trips? Do you try to schedule them on days all of the kids will be there, or on days you know someone is not scheduled. There is an indoor play place I want to take the kids too and I am not sure if I should schedule it on a day that I only have one age group, or my whole roster.

If you are charging the parents extra for the trip, you might want to send out a newsletter ahead of time asking who is interested.
If not, and taking all of them is feasible, that's the way to go so no one feels left out (or else you might end up there with those kids AND their parents).
