I Would Like To Buy A Day Care. What Do I Need??
Hello everyone, my husband and I just started looking at buying a daycare in the Broward area. We are only looking into open, acredited, licenced daycares, with a director in place.
Our first broker did not mention anything about director licences, etc.
Our second broker just let us know we need to qualify as a director in order to get a loan.:confused:
I am willing to go and get what it takes, but how long do you all anticipate it will take?
Can you give me the inside on this matter.
