UV Sanitizer Wands?

Does anybody use one of those UV sanitizer wands for disinfecting toys? How practical is it? And do you like using it, as opposed to wipes or bleach?

I just saw an ad for a mini wand at Walmart for $20 -- is it worth it to give it a try?

I have a set of wands I purchased at Costco, one large one small, for around $60. I use them but have no idea hoe effective they are. the smaller of the two I keep by the Changing table and the other one I use daily for most everything else, especially porous items like stuffed animals, sofa, pillows, etc...
I still have bleach solution mixed daily for hard surfaces and state inspections.
